Blyth shipping past and present

Arrived off the port yesterday morning, entering at sunrise this morning. Sailed from Mina Zayed in the Arabian Gulf on 31st December she was transporting the light displacement jack up barge GMS EVOLUTION. Her sister has been here since December and both have been chartered to work in the Hornsea One offshore wind farm.
Today they have discharged accommodation modules which were on the starboard side. Tomorrow she will be swung and the modules on the port side will be taken off. Then she sails to Scotland and will drop the barge and that will be towed back to Blyth.
It that does'nt happen blame Mr Hood - I have the text that he sent!!

Sailed tonight for the wee port of Kirkaldy on the Firth of Forth

1st impression was that this structure might have been the bridge of a scrapped vessel but looks like it was there when she was a tanker
