RV TRITON Leaving Blyth around 2005ish
Operated by the RN in the early 2000s seen here operated by Maritime & Coastguard Agency
I think she ended up in Australian waters.

Sat in Alexandra dock Hull at present.

She's been around a bit the Australian Customs had her for a while

Built by Vosper Thornycroft, Woolston as a Trimaran hull demonstrator for the UK MoD research agency. Commissioned in September 2000. 2,272 Gross.
Dim:- 323.8 x 73.8 x 10.5 feet.
Speed:- 20 knots.
Machinery:- Paxman Diesel Generators (5,364 hp) driving a centre line screw motor (4,700 hp). Schottel Drives on outer Hulls.
Sold to Gardline Shipping in 2005 and served as a hydrographic survey vessel for the UK Maritime and Coast Guard Agency.
Early 2007, Contracted to the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service to act as an Offshore Patrol Vessel in Northern waters from Broome, West Australia to Cairns, Queensland. Carried two 7 m high-speed interceptor craft. (Jane's 2012-2013)
