Cherry Sand

Proper looking dredger CHERRY SAND at Wimbourne. She shifted over from Battleship Wharf yesterday and will be working with fleet mate UKD MARLIN on a week long dredging 'campaign' for Port of Blyth.
30 years now since CRESSWELL was sold by the Harbour Commission after two years laid up in the port, to 'Panamanian' owners who also had the old WILTON/WHITBY from the Tees.
CROFTON sold around the same time and ended up in the Azores and was deleted in 2012 - 'existence in doubt'. Bet she is in a backwater slowly sinking
