CORMULL on the outside and what looks like KORSNES inboard. CORMULL a product of SP Austin in 1942 and KORSNES ex MAURANGER built at Leghorn in 1948.

Looks lioke Shipping & Coal's Queensland on Bates

Compared pictures of Queensland and Foreland and it is Queensland, Foreland had a different foremast to the one in this picture.

CORMULL was 1949-1960 and KORSNES 1954-1966 so the picture must date from between 1954 and 1960.

So that gives us QUEENSLAND, built 1928 but in fleet 1936 to July 1958.

WATERLAND, Burntisland. Blt 1950, Sold 1971.

FORELAND, Burntisland. Blt 1939, BU 1965.

Its not FORELAND because the Bridge is completly different. I cannot find a picture of WATERLAND but she looks a dead ringer for QUEENSLAND so I'm in agreement with Graham.
