Sailed from Albert dock this evening, to Grenaa in Denmark, probably for scrapping.

Actually it looks like she's resisting - only made it as far as the lock at Albert and is now back alongside in the dock. :)

Dating from 1970 by Ferguson as the lighthouse tender GRANUAILE, so already 45 years old and with the depression in the oil industry, no surprise perhaps.

I suspect also that Gardline have bought the GEOALTUS currently in William Wright dock with no name showing. She spent a while in MMS drydock and OCEAN SEEKER went up there (my photos) as an accommodation ship. I'm also wondering about the OCEAN SWAN in Dunstons drydock, may be also Gardline. There's the POLAR SURVEYOR which appears to be laid up in Albert too.
