I'm assuming she has the following history? RIVERBRIDGE (IMO: 5297206), 306gt, completed Cook, Wivenhoe, 5-1962 1962 RIVERBRIDGE - 1967 DOVEDALE H - deleted 1992
If I'm correct does anyone know when her name was shortened to DOVEDALE (post-2003)?
It's interesting to see what they are doing to Dovedale. They are cutting her into 3 sections. The midship section will become a dry dock, and the bow and stern sections will be welded together to create a 'new' vessel. This vessel may become an accommodation ship in Goole. In the meantime, here's a photo of her in original form passing through Partington on the Manchester Ship Canal on 11/9/76.
