Upriver channel

Patrick will have seen this before me, but I noticed that the south-side channel from Paull to New Holland seems to be disused and all vessels were running up the north side, crossing maybe around Victoria Dock (could not make out too clearly) but one for New Holland seemed to go right up to around the Makro store where they were crossing some years back.

Oh I assumed you would have noted it! Maybe it's very recent. How do we access/copy those useful buoyage charts that Simon used to post?

Last time I was out the upriver traffic went south side. Looking on MarineTraffic todays floods took the south side. Maybe you saw Najland which was ex Hull for New Holland so she may have taken the upriver crossing.

Yes, it was NAJLAND that crawled close up to around St. Andrews Dock, had not noted that she was ex Hull only. But MARLEY for Trent and LADY AMALIA for NH Dock also stayed close to Paull and I thought crossed over above where they used to .... although I am not at Paull so often, being in the Far East!

Yes, they pass Paull and turn west between Saltend and the Hebbles.
