Intersting that she is still owned by Forth Ports and has never received the famous blue paint of Mr. Dean so presume it's a charter.

Great photo - nice to see her again!!
Dean's definitely own her now. She was for sale through SC Chambers. Only thing that has so far changed about her is that the Forth Ports white wheel logo has been erased from her funnels. Her AIS still showing "Leith Tug Base". Maybe she misses her sister!!!
