Hessle Haven c. 1918

Hessle Haven c. 1918

This fine view of the Haven shows the Henry Scarr yard on the left and the Livingstone & Cooper yard on the upstream side.
It can be dated to 1918 as the bow on the left is believed to be one of the barges for the Admiralty. A.706-709 yard nos. 272-275.
The number 114B on the bow can't be tied to any yard numbers.

Hessle - said to be 1941 (c) IWM A5299.jpg
I believe it to be World War 1.

I think WW2 Brian as the Livingstone & Cooper shipyard was on the west bank, beyond the Ferry Inn on the right, until 1925.

The round-sterned coaster could possibly be General Steam's MALLARD completed in 1944 hence would be in wartime grey, but cannot be definitive

The IWM view was in a WW2 section but a version was titled Swan Hunters, Tyne August 1941!

I am puzzling over the hull on the left, a lot of sheer and almost spoon-shaped bow (or stern) but other production around time of MALLARD was Chant or Empire F's, tugs and some C.xxx coaling lighters for Admiralty, none of which seem to fit in my mind. There were two YC mooring vessels, would they fit that shape?
