SAND SWALLOW II (1947)

Postby Poyntonian » Sat Oct 05, 2013 3:33 pm

SAND SWALLOW II at Goole in August 1993, registered in Manset, wherever that is. (I only know of a Manset in Maine USA). What’s that flag?

Its as BIG place..........

As an ecozone, Oceania includes all of Micronesia, Fiji, and all of Polynesia except New Zealand. New Zealand, along with New Guinea and nearby islands, Australia, the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, and New Caledonia, constitute the separate Australasian ecozone. In geopolitical terms, however, New Zealand, the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and New Caledonia are almost always considered part of Oceania, and Australia and Papua New Guinea are usually considered part of Oceania too. Sometimes Papua province in Indonesia may be included, as Puncak Jaya is often considered the highest peak in Oceania.

For what it is worth, there does seem to be another Manset in Norway.
See: http://www.tripmondo.com/norway/sor-trondelag/manset/
However, it is such a significant place that I can't get it to show up on any map!!
