At Bolckows 21 October 1964. She had had a rather nasty encounter in the Firth of Clyde hence the patched up damage to her bow.

I see from Wiki that she was scrapped by the "Blyth Shipbuilding Company" !

Ah well that's the bit you have to take with a pinch of salt!

The other way is true though.......HMS's Fancy; L'Escarmouche; Ribble; Loch Quoich; Hedingham Castle and Cawsand Bay were fitted out at Battleship Wharf.
