Built on the R. Tyne by Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd. in 1946 as MONARCH for H.M. Postmaster General, London.1969: Registered owner became H.M.Post Office, London and renamed C. S. MONARCH. 1970: Sold to Cable & Wireless Ltd., London and renamed SENTINEL. Arrived at Blyth 25.10.1977 to be broken up.
