Hartlepool Fish Quay Website

At present I am working on creating a website for Hartlepool Fish Quay.

If any members of NE Maritime have any 'old images' they would like to send to me for inclusion, they would certainly be considered. Full credit would be given for anything submitted and used. Sadly, we can't pay for such items as we are on a limited budget. If the images are © copyright, we would also need this information.

Naturally, space doesn't allow for a huge amount of photographs, but we would certainly like to look at what's on offer. As well as photographs (large size, as we can adjust this end) I'm wanting a few details about the vessels - such as location, date and so on.

If anyone has any historical facts about the quay, this would also be valuable to us. We know the location of the quay, as it is now, is not where it used to be when I was a child. What year did it open?

That's a smashing picture of all the Colliers Laid up in the Docks.

The site is well worth visiting for that picture alone, so get looking Lads!
