That must be J Lewis's Yard at Aberdeen.

July 1930 by J Lewis & Sons Ltd, Aberdeen (Yard No 120) for the 'Heugh' Steam Trawling Co Ltd. (J Graham & Sons, Mgrs.)
Hartlepool.
Dim 115.6 x 22.1 x 12.2 feet.
Engine by Builder and Rated at 69 HP.
1939 Requisitioned in August and fitted out for the Examination Service.
1945 Returned to Owners.
Cannot find anything more after that.........sorry.
