The Nana originally from Sønderborg, Denmark, in Hartlepool Marina. She is a wooden ex-fishing boat, built in 1952 in the shipyard on Agersø. She is about 13 meters long and over 4 meters in beam.*Her draft is about 2 meters and is powered by an 180 Hp Callesen diesel engine.

After two generations in the same family working as fishing vessel, she was taken out of commercial fishing and was rebuilt for angling trips, divers and sea tourism. Her homeport was Fynshav on the east coast of the island Als but she was bought in August, 2014 by Mr. Peter Grylls from Hartlepool.

Thanks to the former owner for this information.
