Ltd., Glasgow, managers), as MISHNISH. 9.1976: Completed. 1978: Managers became Denholm Ship Mnaagement Ltd., Glasgow. 1979: Managers became Denholm Maclay Co. Ltd., Glasgow. 1982: Managers became Denholm (I.O.M.) Ltd., Douglas, Isle of Man. 1986: Owners became Denholm Shipping Co. Ltd. (Denholm (I.O.M.) Ltd., Douglas, Isle of Man, managers), Glasgow with Isle of Man registry retained. 1987: Sold to Skydew Shipping Ltd. (George Roussos' Sons, Piraeus, managers), Limassol, Cyprus and renamed G. ROUSSOS II. 1991: Managers became J.G. Roussos Shipping S.A., Piraeus, Greece. 1995: Sold to P.P.P. Shipping Co. Ltd.
