SVIR in the Albert Dock in 2002 ish. Funny looking vessel, maybe a conversion? Fisheries support of some sort?

They are/were really 'fish carriers' equipped to transfer fish at sea or from landing ports, at this time we had a lot of Russian frozen fish coming into Hull.

Well it was the end of the Cold War so they needed to sell it before it defrosted. :roll:
