Now, come on, be honest! You go over to Esbjerg in Denmark and photograph a now German trawler - no possibility of being of any interest to NEM - but this one is! At Esbjerg on 10 October 2011.
GLAUBE (9107617), Germany, 167gt, completed Dunston, Hessle/Den Helder 5-1995.

Within minutes she had conveniently turned side on.

Looking at the yard list for Dunston on Miramar the GLAUBE is last on the list, so the last ship launched there, I imagine. I take it the yard closed before they could complete and deliver which will be why she was finished off at Den Helder, originally for Dutch ownership.

Good one Ron!
She was Dunston yn 1009 and was completed by Visser, Den Helder yn 142.
Anothe of same size was STELLA POLARIS yn 1008, hull only.
At that time the yard was part of Damen and can only assume both of these were subbed from their order book, perhaps always with intention of fitting out in the Netherlands.
Last vessel was small dredger WELIGOUWA yn 1011, she was completed after the liquidation of the yard by the Dunston Shiprepair company which succeeded them, have a vague idea she was built on the quay at Wm. Wright Dock (or taken there for completion), Patrick may remember her.

With trawlers now included in Equasis her renaming can be recorded:
LADY LU since 01/12/2017 - Ireland flag
