I took the pictures from the ramp leading into the yard at the junction of East Holborn and Hill Street - opposite the Rose & Crown pub.

Watch for that magic word 'Affordable living' thats what they said to the latest houses built at Smiths opposite and Royal Quays, they started for £250.000 + :twisted:

Well, they are affordable to people with £250K.
Reckon they should build a nice little pad for Kevin down at Shields, would save petrol and solve global warming at the same time. And one of those super-fast electric buggies to get him down the the Groyne.

Good idea.
Would also mean that he didn't have to try to get through the road works at Tyne Dock, which held him up for over an hour earlier in the week.
He was NOT amused.
