Being a silly person I wondered if I had been anywhere near Stratharlick on one of my trundles around Scotland. What a plonker!
As you all will know such a place does not exist north of the border.
There are plenty of straths however, a name given to a wide, shallow valley, typically with a river running through the landscape

I don't have a note of the date this Stratharlick paid a visit to the river which flows through our neck of the woods

There's Arlick Hill a little way NE of Carnbo on the A91, not far from Kinross. If there's a hill then there must surely be "a wide, shallow valley, typically with a river running through the landscape"
