Unfortunately I can't give a date for this study of her leaving the river. I have it in my mind that it would have been prior to 1977 when Teesman recorded her at Brighams. How many times did she visit the Tyne I wonder.

Tynesider transferred to Blyth in November 1968 and Stonepool completed in June 1966 - that narrows it down a bit.

Dennis, that time scale fits the bill nicely I would say.
I did wonder what time period the tug was working on the river and hoped someone with far more insight than myself would enlighten me.
