Northumbrian Water

According to the Sunderland Port website Carmet's tug VENTURE arrived at Sunderland on 27/11/2015 from Newhaven.
I managed to get this very long range shot of her in the Hendon Dock today.
She was lying alongside NORTHUMBRIAN WATER (with her name painted out).
I wonder if she is here to tow the NORTHUMBRIAN WATER away?

I understand from the Tugtalk site that NORTHUMBRIAN WATER is due to be towed to Swansea for scrapping. Waiting for the weather to improve. Should get there before Christmas 2016. :D

I now understand from the TugTalk website that NORTHUMRIAN WATER has been towed into former Brooke Marine site, Lowestoft.
So perhaps she is not for scrap after all?
