Another fine photo from Kevin Blair showing North Shields Fish Quay with a trawler alongside that I can't make out and BOUNTIFUL of Lowestoft coming in.
For BOUNTIFUL see: http://shippingandshipbuilding.uk/view. ... =BOUNTIFUL

The larger vessel seems to have a fleet-mate in the inner dock again with an unusual funnel, a single letter between the bands with the number above. The '69' seems to be the only mark above the lines so where is the port letter?

p.s. if she's another Lowestoft drifter then LT69 was ANGELINA, Lowestoft registered 1908-1925 so would fit the date range of BOUNTIFUL

Kevoin has zoomed in on the original photo and the number on the side seems to read A669.

So could be SUNRAY 1892: http://www.aberdeenships.com/single.asp ... ndex=99627

However this one has SUNRAY as A469 (may be a typo): http://clydeships.co.uk/view.php?year_b ... sel=SUNRAY

Suspect typo as "Registered, Fishing Boats, Past and Present" has her as A669.
