I was Pilot when she arrived for Tees Dock. It was my first job after returning
from holiday in Cyprus and enjoyed chatting with her all Cypriot crew.
Was devastated some time later to hear she had been involved
in a collision with a tanker and in the resulting fire all aboard
were lost.
