SS CAPE WRATH

The Transporter Bridge - @teestransporter - posted a query about the SS Cape Wrath asking if it was the River Tees on the photograph and could anyone help?
I suggested, via Twitter, that they joined NE Maritime and posted it here.
Like me, not everybody are fans of Facebook but you can see the query, and image, here:
