Facebook item including sale and renaming of TIE VENTURE IV:

Red Lion Marine Launches Red Lion Industries, a Joint Venture with In-Spec Manufacturing
Red Lion Marine is proud to announce a new partnership with In-Spec Manufacturing, two well known names on the River Tees coming together to deliver a refreshed and expanded service offering along the North East coast.
In-Spec Manufacturing brings decades of experience in fabrication, engineering, and bespoke manufacturing for the offshore, renewables, and industrial sectors. Known for its precision, innovation, and commitment to quality, In-Spec perfectly complements Red Lion Marine’s operational expertise on the water, together creating a complete marine and industrial service offering.
To mark the beginning of this joint venture, Red Lion Industries is pleased to announce the purchase of the TIE VENTURE IV from Tees Inshore Marine Ltd, a company long respected for its repair services, civil, and infrastructure support work on the river.
Tees Inshore Marine, under the steady helmsmanship of Bryan Dunn for more than 54 years, has been a cornerstone of the Tees marine community. After a lifetime of dedication to the river, Bryan has decided to hang up his life jacket for the last time; closing an incredible chapter of service and commitment.
Marine Director Nathan, from Red Lion Marine & Industries, added:
“We’ve worked alongside Bryan on various projects over the years, and I remember seeing him on the river as a child, long before I ever set foot on a boat myself. He’s been a true pillar of our river community, and after eight months of discussions, I’m genuinely proud to continue Tees Inshore Marine’s legacy on the River Tees. Our joint venture with In-Spec Manufacturing will open new opportunities for both companies under the wider Red Lion Industries umbrella.”
The TIE VENTURE IV will join the Red Lion fleet from early next week and, following a few days of inspections, will be renamed RLI Tees Venture - destined for work straight away. Importantly, Red Lion Marine’s core operations including, workboat services, and crew transfers will continue to operate as normal under Red Lion Marine (RLM).
We look forward to sharing our new website and company information in the coming weeks.
