Down the Import Dock on what is now the West Quay.
Taken from a set of photographs taken during an Admiralty photo survey of the port.
Basically they started on the west pier and moved all the way up the various berths on the south side up to the limits of the Harbour Commission which is actually up by the Kitty Brewster Bridge and then back down on the north side finishing at the lighthouse on the east pier
