RIVER BLYTH

Not a Blyth topic except by the ship's name, but the former vessel has changed name again from BLUE CREEK to FRI KVAM under Cyprus flag.
Still sporting her Stivvie Clarke funnel, though!

Well she did come to Blyth, I think. Certainly one of them did.
I had to catch her off Lisbon!

Well done young man. I knew she had been to Blyth.
I also thought she had featured on the site before but the seach engine is overpowered by the terms 'River' and 'Blyth' so you cannot find her........ :o

Think only her and RIVER ALN discharged at Alcan
Could be pre 2004 because that is when Arklow had their 'W' class built to take over the alumina contract from Srevies.
If it is after 2004 then she might have brought pet coke in.

With Reference to the Photo of RIVER BLYTH I have her down as being in the river twice January 2000 & again in April 2002 which is when I believe your photo was taken.
