Vessels laid up in the upper river today
SKANDI CONSTRUCTOR at Alcan- probably with crew aboard and on charter as she moves off berth on the rare occasion that an ARKLOW boat discharges alumina - even though the Lynemouth smelter has been closed for several years

FUGRO SALTIRE at Wimbourne Quay has been in and out several times over the winter and possibly still on charter as it is more expedient to have a vessel sitting idle waiting for a job than to prematurely cancel the charter and find you need her two days later when she is fixed for another company !

UP JASPER UP AGATE and GREATSHIP MANISHA at the former power station No.37 oil jetty. GREATSHIP MANISHA moved up there from Battleship Wharf last Thursday so I suspect she came off charter and moved up there out of the way and crew, if any, paid off
