I think they are looking at doing some rock-blasting to improve it in the longer term.

You may be right but Maerk Lifter was here only the week before and I could see them welding on her deck,
time will tell.

Its a good place for Maintenance, Good Cranage, Transport Links and above all its probably a lot cheaper than other Ports.
