RIX EAGLE - Couldn't find her in Miramar, but a search on the web suggests she was built by Hepworth.
Photo 2002 ish.

Is she still active? Just seen a photo of her tied up at Bankside in March this year, looking a bit neglected but she is still in Rix's fleet list on their website.

Comments on FB earlier this year said she was to head to the Thames - I've asked if this has happened, watch this space...

Apparently she can't work on the Humber due to single skin hull :(

Of course, others in the fleet were 'doubled up' but perhaps they left her as the oldest.
Could be used for veg oils ... is that barge still going up to Cargill's?

I'm long out of date, Patrick, never venture east of the Hull! Google Earth shows the Eagle and two barges at Cargill's.
