Launched 29-03-1960. After her completion in August 1960 she ran trials as PLUMLEAF for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary service
Following her withdrawal from the service in 1986, which had included her attendance at the Falkland Islands in 1982, she was broken up at Kaohsiung
