In the Teesside Branch WSS Albert Weller photo albums is this shot of the VIRU entering the Tyne.
Obviously this would be between 1958 and 1965 when she first carried this name and,
I suspect from other of his photos, most probably circa 1959 or 1960. She was already then a veteran and, remarkably, is still recorded in service under the Honduras flag in Equasis - 93 years young! (Equasis state date of build as 1917. However, Miramar and other sources seem to confirm that although launched July 1917, she was completed in January 1919.) Her current name is VIRU but she has had others in the intervening years.
Back in 2004, on TEESSHIPS, I featured photos I had received of her as KATERINA and then currently as VIRU recorded in Greek waters, albeit possibly laid-up when seen in 2000.
